Favorite Feature/Ability?

Hey everyone,

I was thinking about this last week and on my cars:

190E = Ability to have hot air from side vents and cold air from center vent, aimed at my face. Helps keep me awake in the mornings!

300D = Its steering and braking are excellent.

What about you guys? Whats your favorite thing about your cars?

1986 560 SEL = Ability to switch to "Fanfair" horn

My W123 300D always makes me smile - only a 'king idiot would have stripped it down that far!

A German told me that it's to help drivers discourage jaywalkers. He really hated jaywalkers.

190E: I can drive it without worrying about shopping carts, dings, dents, etc. and I can gradually restore my 300D without worrying about putting too many miles on the diesel.

300D: Learned the habit of "looking back" at the 300D when it is parked, and making sure to get a seat in a restaurant that gives you visibility of it :D

My 300D is more of a leisurely drive, keeps me out of trouble. My 190E is more of a spirited drive, keeps me ahead of trouble :D

That is what my wife christened it too, She literally found it annoying. I told her that its really handy in aiming at "bad drivers"

I even put a hood star on our baby's pram (stroller) - it looked sweet - she took it off.

The ability of going for a Sunday morning drive in the 250C down the "twisties" with the wife and ending up somewhere for some serious snuggles time.;) Something about that car gets her, ahem, "friendly".

Of course when SHE drives we usually end up somewhere which serves adult libations which are needed as a tonic for my nerves. She is, shall we say, a tad more "spirited" when it comes to dropping 2 gears and accelerating through the switch-backs.:o
