EHA question 91 190E 2.6
Hi gang I have a question about the EHA, I have had no luck in getting the EHA to reach the coveted 0 +or -, No matter what direction I turn the 2mm adjuster it remains at a -2.16 what could cause this? I replaced the ox with the mustang unit but I am not having much success.

I'm sorry, but you did roughest mistake. :(
N.B. Do adjusting of the EHA only in case of setting the differential pressure. Abstract changing of the adjuster position only worsens work of the KE-Jetronic! Check cooling fluid's temperature sensor and MAF sensor's potentiometer. |
All of thouse things have been checked all are good. In looking for wires to check the wiring harness I found another box behind the N3 with a wiring harness like the N3, could this be the location of the EHA wires?

There are NUMEROUS threads buried deep in the bowels of this forum that have the information you are looking for. Unfortunately it is very difficult to search things from 8 or 10 years ago.
If you can figure out a way to search that far back, simply search EHA. There is LOTS of good information backed up with good pictures. Best of luck with it. |

N30 thank you for that info, I could not find it on my diagrams. I did remove it and start testing wires to make sure the harness was good and so far I have had continuity with deceleration switch, the idle speed valve. I am trying to test those that effect the idle to be sure that the connections are good.
