Quick cross-model parts compatibility question

The intermittent wiper function is broken on my '92 190E. I've eliminated the relay. Will the wiper switch be the same on a w124 and a w201? They look the same to me without actually taking either of them off the car.

If anyone knows the answer i'll be your friend forever.

"Should" be 210 545 2524 and is W201 only.
