w124 e320 engine loom part numbers
can i use 124 440 56 32 in place of 124 440 75 05 or 124 440 52 32?

I'd say no, the differences are in what wires connect to which pins in the module. Typically with the engine harnesses there aren't superceded part #s, if the number is different the harness will be different.
