how do you save it all in ONE pdf? I had to do it piecemeal.

it was a while back. i believe i just turned on Acrobat and invoked the WEB
harvest mode and instructed it to save each link on the page as it plowed through

Web harvest mode...

WOW you could pick up some serious rotten apples with that if you're not careful!

you can review each link in an index and pick and choose which links, or just
allow it to pick them all automatically. you can also select how many layers
to go within the server, e.g. only one layer/link deep. rare is it that you will
need to go 2+ layers deep
