2006 E350 Anti-theft Alarm Chirp Volume
 

2006 E350 (211.056) - the anti-theft alarm siren for this vehicle will chirp when the central locking system is activated with the IR key. Can the volume of this chirp be adjusted, perhaps through a menu path in the instrument cluster or by Xentry/SDS?

The original siren failed and the replacement unit (# 219 820 32 26) has a lower chirp volume than the original factory unit.

Yeah, the volume is adjustable but you''ll need SDS.
