w201 blower motor automatic start

anyone have any idea on which wires to connect and where to have the blower motor turn on with remote start? Is there some sort of relay or something that keeps it from turning on with remote start? I'm wondering if its something similar to why certain 12v lighter/chargers work when the car as off and some don't in other cars. please help
