Best lubricant for manual seats

I have been having the most difficult time sliding the front seats in my 190E. Removed them this past summer to clean the tracks and lubricated with moly grease. Minor improvement. Ignored it since but now as it is below freezing they are nearly impossible to move until the cabin is warmed up. Any suggestions?
