Car Randomly dies 400e
 

So my 1992 400e randomly will die while driving and not start back up then after 30-60 minutes like magic poooooof it will fire up??? First time it did it, it was sitting for a week. Then last time it was raining and sleeting out! Maybe temp or moisture related ???

My 92 400E does not like puddles or slush on the road. It dies, but then I can always restart it right away. I am thinking lower harness, water in the distributor cap, or throttle body wiring. Upper harness is new. My belly pan is missing-never came with the car.
