tensioner pulley catastrophic failure - 1999 E300

Car towed in this evening. Odo is showing 270k miles. It would not surprise me if this was an original tensioner pulley. I'd suggest replacing them prior to 250k. We had already replaced the water pump and idler pulley. Looking back on it probably should have replaced this one too.
