If the car is stalling after warm up then something is triggering that event. Your fuel system is controlled by a few things:
1. Proper fuel pressure: fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, EHA
2. Temperature sensor, O2 sensor and altitude sensors, all have to work for the CIS to function properly and allow you to control the duty cycle.
3. OVP relay: if it's bad, then you will get rough starting and stalling at deceleration or while at a stop.


To diagnose your problem:
1. Start by checking the duty cycle and make sure that the signal/voltage is fluctuating as the car warms up. This indicated that the O2 sensor is working.
2. Check the voltage at the duty cycle test port and take note if it is at 50% or almost half of the battery voltage. If it isn't then the car is in an open loop. That means you're in limp mode.
3. If you suspect the fuel relay, which can be problematic, bypass it then check again if the car stalls after idling or driving.

Since you installed a new fuel distributor, has it been adjusted while checking the duty cycle and the current through the EHA?

When was the last time you replaced the OVP relay?
How about the fuel relay?

I dont think its a spark problem. I didnt mention after testing uo and down on metering plate and it didnt start i had my son excessively pump pedal and it sputtered. Last week when i took it for a ride and it stalled i barely got it started again but it wouldnt take fuel, just sputter. 3 hours later started right up. I will try spark test tomarrow any way. thanks
