oil sender location 1991 300e
 

need to locate oil sender and does it have single connetion plug to it?

Its attached right to the oil filter mounting location. Easiest to get at it with the filter removed.

Oil level is left side oil pan single wire, oil pressure at left rear near bell housing filter area single wire

Why i am asking about the oil sender unit, ther is a single wire plug that is just setting there not conneted to anything. I just did a head gasket job could not find out where this wire goes. It comes rite up from the rear of the motor by where the oil filter go on at. Puzzled!!!!!!!
