w210 4matic drive shaft

Hello all, I had my front drive shaft "u-joint" blow up the other day. I have a 1998 E320 4Matic sedan. Todate I have only found drive shafts from 98/99 E320 wagans. Seller list OEM part # 2104104606.
my research shows that is the whole drive shaft for a sedan. A wagan should be 2114102706.
Are they compatable?
