Testing a brake master cylinder outside the car?
I've got an 500E master cylinder sitting on my shelf. It was removed from my 190E fall of last year. I was trying to sort through some braking issues and I swapped it out for a 190E master/booster combination that really didnt help at all. So now I have an actual 500E booster I wan't to swap this back in...
Is there any way I can test/check it? Its just been sitting on my shelf for the past few months. |
Hmm
99% odds, if it was good = it still is. :)
You need to build a test stand with master, pedal, and supplied vacuum.. It is faster and easier to install it in the car (even for me). . |
