differance between c220 and c280 throttle body???

my mechanic has traced the problem with my aunts 95 C220 to be in the throttle body, something to do with one of the sensors, I know they made a S*IT ton more C280's for north America than they did C220's, I am trying to possibly find a good used T.B., and if I knew what other models shared the same part it might help my chances of finding it.

Will not interchange at all!

A good used one from a C220 should be less than $100.
