89 300TE Wagon needs accumulators

My new to me wagon bunces like crazy. I put over 300# in the back of the car and let it idle around 2k for a few minutes thinking it was stuck.

Looks like I need new ones. Pelican Parts has an statement saying that they can't be shipping.

Where can I buy new ones if they can't be shipped?
