Replacing new hoses and seals.

I found out through a smoke machine that I have got some wicked vacuum leaks on my 1990 260E. I am going to start with the Air Intake Boot. Since I am doing that, I will also knock out the IAC hoses that are under there and were leaking. I am looking for suggestions on other seals that I should replace, I have been reading up on things and just wondering on weather or not I should replace the 2 o-rings next to the EHA, the fuel distributor o-ring, cold injector seal if there is one, and others that I can get to while I am in there. Would I need to clean up and oil the linkage or any of those things? Any suggestions would be great.

Oleg

Answer

Yes.

If it is rubber and feels stiff/brittle = replace it.

The injector seals and EHA O-rings should be replaced as basic preventative maintenance.
