Saggy butt

I have a CLK 430, type 208 but the butt is saggy, and the tyre camber is off, wearing on inside edges

Looks kind of cool, like if you just stomped on gas pedal.

But of course, soon I am putting on new tires, and don't want to eat them.

Underneath everything looks pretty much okay.

Anyone have any suggestions for what would cause such stance on "5-link" type MB rear suspensions? I figure the 208 should be basically identical to type 202, and broadly the same as type 201, 124 and 210's at least...
