Can C32 brake calipers & rotors go right on to a C220?

Found some used C32 (W203) calipers and rotors. Can these replace the existing calipers and rotors on my C220 (W202) without any alterations? If alterations are required, what kinds?

Please answer only if you are positive, as I would hate to buy then not have it work. Thank you very much!!!
