It looks like a 110 070 13 21, lever.

Any idea where I can get it?
Basically the rubber came detached from the metal plate, so there is no accelaration since cable is not making its fuction. Or, can it be just glued or tied with a clamp? If glued, what kind? Thanks for your input |
