Fixing No Heat and No AC

Hello at the moment I have been trying to get these problems fixed with the car that I bought as a project. (1997 C230 Benz)

http://im1.shutterfly.com/procgtaser...102AYtm7hm5ZNc

I have went to the following ideas for the solutions

1. 0018303484 - AC & Heater Control Valve; Dual Circuit for Climate Control

I have got the part for this but never installed it yet, as I'm not sure how to do so.

2. 1112000915 - Thermostat; 87 Degree C; Kit with Housing and Seal

I have never bought one for the car since I bought it, But the car does not over heat or anything like that.

3. I have already had the "Heater Core" Replaced.
4. I have already had the "AC Compressor" Replaced.
5. I have also had the "AC Condenser" Replaced.

I have recently found out about a AC Leak from the hose in the picture above. (When trying to get the AC Recharge.) They used some Scanner to trace the source of the AC Leak and that image above shows which hose it is, but I'm unsure which hose it is.

I went on some website's to try and find with part it is.

The part number I got was "2028304915"
AC Hose Assembly; Condenser to Receiver Drier

But I'm not sure if this is correct or how much it is the get this replace or fixed.

Some shops said that my "AC/Heater Control Switch" was bad, I'm not sure where to go from here and I'm really at a lost..

I can tell you that the AIR does turn on when I use the "Control Switch".

But anyway if anyone could help me please let me know where to go from here.

First, maybe you could tell us what your problem is. No A/C and No Heat doesn't give much of a clue. The only hose I see in the in the picture that is A/C related is the low pressure hose from the evaporator to the compressor. It looks new. If it is leaking it is probably an O-ring at one end or the other.
Does the fan run and blow air out of the correct vents?
Does the compressor run?
Etc.

Um.. well like I said I took the car to a AC Recharge shop after having the NEW AC Compressor and AC Condenser installed into the car, the Heater Core was also installed at this time.

The shop was the one who pointed out the hose in the picture.

I'm trying my best to correctly answer the questions you ask.. so bare with me..

I can hear the fan run when engine start and goes off of course.. if that's what you mean, the air does blow from all vents.. its just blowing cold air (but not cold... it feels like as if a fan is just blowing in a house.)

I wouldn't know if the compressor runs?? how would I find this out anyway, the only thing I know is that it was a new compressor, condenser & heater core installed ??

Upon more research I found out something really weird..

I did a test using the AC Control (by a video via YouTube)

I found one code from the test.

232 Refrigerant Pressure Sensor

I researched this more and got me to this part number "1408300072" Which I believe is also called a "Refrigerant Pressure Switch".

I have always looked at the car in that area but never noticed that it was actually in fact broken off so it appeared.

What could this mean? Is this the reason why I do not get AC? As I'm guessing its not even turning the AC Compressor on.. but I don't know..

Anyway Please Help Anyone.

Thank You!
