"Check Engine" Light ON
 
Before glow plugs were replaced the Glow Light in the dashboard was on. Now that the glow plugs were replaced the Glow Light is off but the check engine light is on. Have you experienced this issue? Is there a reset similar to FSS (oil change intervals)? Or there is something else I should be concerned with?

What year & model?? Sounds like at least a 1996 E300D, and on that model the glow system can turn the check engine lamp on.

It is a 99 300TD. Is is similar to 96 300 D? And if so needs to be reset?

On the E300DT the check engine can be reset with scan tool OR by disconnecting the battery.
