Antlock-brake Light

all the sudden , after having my car sit in my garage for 2 week maybe. i run it, and the light it on ? i read in the manual that it could be volt 10 volts or something so.. does my batterary just need to be charged or wut help? thx. i just got brakes checked out new rotors and pads front/back.
