rickg check out lightlens.com ************************ or look through the ebay listings for a pair of the clear markers. I think adsitco.com also has some.

Roll Call

Here is my 88 420. around 137k miles Interior was re-done. New stereo and speakers (y'all know why) Also just replaced lower ball joints, and gave it new Dunlop SP 5000's. Only thing tempting me away from it is a 400E I saw earler today.

Hey! I appreciate a nice looking car, stock, modified or whatever. You've put alot of work into yours, and I can appreciate that. I personally like 'em mostly stock, but to each his own I say. Tell any flackers to take a hike!

I have to say these are beautiful cars. I was hoping to get one (and I still am) but for now I just have a W114. Oh well, poor me. I'd tell you my plans for it, but as this is a W126 topic, I won't. Anyways, keep up the good work. Oh yeah, and although the stock cars are beauts, the modified ones are nice too. I personally prefer slightly modified though.

I like your rims! What are they? I need to replace a couple of mine anyway since they are getting kinda hammered, so would like to find some nice aftermarket rims that don't look "ricey"

I'm obviously not Todd, but I can answer your question. Those are AT Italia Type 8s. They are replicas, but that shouldn't matter, you still put the MB center caps on them. I am going to get a set for my car. You can get them in either 15" or 16". The 15s are more economical because they are a little cheaper, but the main thing is you don't need to buy new tires. I think I am going to go for the 16s anyway. Check out the Tire Rack.

Actually, they're not AT Italia's. They're German made RH Alurad's. The difference being that these have the same finish into the holes whereas the AT Italia's have a silver polish face with a funky darker grey finish in the holes. You can get the one's I have here........
