Help please - Tool size needed!!!
Anyone know the size of the torx bit needed to remove the door check strap on a c220? According to the guide for replacing the check strap, it seems you have to remove the pin, but there is no clip to get the pin out, rather the whole assembly seems to be attached via a large torx screw - anyone know the size i need before I head off to Home depot to add to my tool collection

You need a T50. On the door side are 3 10mm bolts.

Thanks Alot
I ended up cutting the old check strap, and removing it from the door, because it was blocking the window from going down. I'm waiting for the new one to come from fast lane. I'm gonna head down to home depot to get the T50 socket.
