Alldata Safety Recalls: MB fix?

I see 4 Safety recalls and 2 General recalls on the 96 E320. Are these things that MB will fix or will I have to pay to have these fixed?

All the other TSBs, Should these have been corrected during regular service? Are they issues that are covered by MB?
