m104. 1999 s320 won't take and throttle

No codes,fuel pump pressures checked,new wires,plugs,coils,fuel filter,maf,and oxygen sensor tested.all cylinders firing even.
car will not force downshift or accept full throttle.Have to drive with 1/3 throttle
On a side note rear lights failed

checked throttle operation with key on,at full pedal throttle barely open.used to go all the way

I'm going to remove throttle body and open up,and have a look.Think I'm headed the right way?Check computer fuses perfect

left battery unhook 20 minutes,taking a little more throttle.

think I've got it,I lubed the throttle posistion sensor on the fender, or pedal posistion sensor.Think thats my problem

found symtoms at autozone and makes sense.TPS is dirty
