2 transmission lower valve bodies 722.3/4

Ok so here is what happened: I took the valve body off my w201 to try to see if my pistons were messed up. Opened up the panel to the switch accumulator piston and took it out and also the others and couldn't figure how they go back together....my shifting was so out of wack I went to the junk yard and pulled another valve body off of a 300E m103 . I checked the numbers on the valve body which were exactly the same as mine stamped on it 124 xx xx (all the numbers were the same). I took my old one off and put on the new one and the shifting is almost normal, but not quite. The problem I'm having now is that when I am starting off, the rpms rev higher/faster than the speedometer then shifts to second while I am only at like 5-10 mph. I then began adjusting the bowden cable cw was nd ccw, but to no avail. Shifting does not flare, nor is it too harsh, it just seems to miss when I am first taking off. Anyone know what this is? I even thought maybe the fluid level was too low.

With out knowing more, it just simply sounds to me like a cable adjustment? I guessing this has a bowden cable like any of the other 722.3/4 fit cars?

What don't you try adjusting the modulator on the left side of the transmission.

Because my shifting firmness is fine, its not to soft or hard. Its just the initial take off.
