No headlights/tail lights W123

I just replaced the dash in my low mileage 300CD. While the dash was out I also replaced the entire ignition switch with genuine Mercedes parts.

With the ignition switch on I have no head or tail lights. All of the gauges (tachometer, gas gauge, temp gauge, oil pressure, glow plug light, seat belt light )windows, sunroof, radio, antenna work fine. I rechecked the plug in at the back of the instrument panel and it was OK.

Is there a relay or main fuse for the lights that I should check? If yes, where is it located? I also had no turn signals but realized that this problem was caused by the fact that I did not have the 4 way hazard switch hooked up. I have not tested this, but will hook up the hazard switch tomorrow and check the turn signals. Could this also be related to the no head/tail lights? Thanks

Since each set of lights is on a different circuit, i.e.; left/right park lights, left low beam/right low beam, etc., the common element is the headlight switch.

That's what I'd be focusing on.
