93 190E 2.3 upshift delay questions
 

I am currently sorting out a new to me 93 190E 2.3 and I have acouple of questions about the upshift delay system.
A. I ready somewhere that the later 2.3 did not come with the upshift delay system. Could somebody confirm this for me.
B. On the driver side of the transmission where the upshift delay is located (the plastic piere where the "kickdown" cable and vacuum hose are connected to, the nipple for the vacuum hose is missing. Could somebody give me the part number for that plastic piece. I cant seem to find it anywhere.
