1996 C280 fan blades hitting water pump pulley
This started with a slight "tick, tick" about 1,000 miles ago, but now the situation is worse and the blades are actually being chipped away by the water pump pulley.
Does anyone have a low cost solution that would have to last approx. another 3-5,000 miles when I will scrap this car ??? Ness Montreal, Canada |

Remove the fan blade. Problem is the belt will likely jump and get trashed, but it might make it for a while.
I assume it's a m104 ?
