Wipers fixed in 10 seconds - thanks guys
The old 126 had the stalling wipers in intermittent mode, and right in the middle of one of our rare Dallas "snow storms" (1/2 inch).
Figured I was out a motor, linkage, or a $$$$ combination relay. But I read a thread here about the fuses getting a little resistive in the holders, so I figured "try it" and just twisted them around a bit - problem fixed!!!!!! Love this forum- thanks to you guys, Old Pearl is still going strong after 24 years. And I'm still learning (and then forgetting) things about these wonderful old cars. DG |

Wouldnt hurt to do a preemptive !
Replace all fuses with ceramic ones that have copper or brass element. 2 sets from ebay are ~$10 delivered Clean each fuse holder as you go and also check the fuse roadmap inside the fuse box cover
