Sounds like your Overvoltage protection relay has failed or blown its fuses. It has either a red or black top with a lid and 1 or 2 blade type fuses in it....along the firewall is where its mounted, near the brake booster.

Thanks Paso I changed the ovp relay it doesn't help the issue is the same this valve doesn't engage 0voltage on the connector

Could be a bad wiring harness, is it in very good shape? I know on my 190e the harness was falling apart. Could potentially be an ECU issue.

first lets talk about the power needed to operate the IAV it dose not take 12volts it is much lower than that. second what system is it some will drop idle when unplugged and others will increase idle. get some electrical cleaner in spray cans and you can clean it to be sure it is free of debris. try that and See how it works.

If your engine is a m117, the Idle Air Valve is designed to max out at 5vdc, but as the others have said, it sounds like your car isn't supplying it, not that the valve itself isn't working.

Thanks my friend yes the valve is work great when I connected it directly to voltage, the issue is no voltage supply on the connector always 0 voltage, its seem I had no ground or - to the wire
