High idle on E320 1994
 
I have an issue as high idle and no cruise control on E320 1994, I cleaned throttle valve , and checked data cable for it ( good), anyone can help me?

Is the throttle actuator original to the car?

Their wiring crumbles and shorts out internally.

Yes actuator original of the car, and wiring looking good, I checked.
any problem rather than actuator? like temperature sensor,
