2001 C320 (W203) bank 1 misfire

I was trying to diagnose a 2001 C320 (W203) that would randomly lose power but would be fine after a restart.
The car initially had the following error codes stored:
Temperature in C and speed in kph

P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
PIDs supported [01 - 20] 01111111101110000000000000000000
Freeze DTC P0300
Fuel system status (FSS) Open loop: insufficient engine temperature
Calculated engine load value (EngineLoad) 36.86
Engine coolant temperature (ECT) 93
Short term fuel % trim Bank 1 (STFT1) 0.0
Long term fuel % trim Bank 1 (LTFT1) 0.0
Short term fuel % trim Bank 2 (STFT2) 0.0
Long term fuel % trim Bank 2 (LTFT2) 0.0
Intake manifold absolute pressure (MAP) 57.0
Engine RPM (RPM) 2525
Vehicle speed (Speed) 106
P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Pending: P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Pending: P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
Pending: P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
Pending: P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

I cleared them and we went for a very long drive and at a point when the driver released the accelerator the car started to misfire severely and at idle I could feel there were many cylinders not firing. Restarting the care solved the problem and I found the following codes stored, the previous codes cleared before the drive:

P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
PIDs supported [01 - 20] 01111111101110000000000000000000
Freeze DTC P0300
Fuel system status (FSS) Open loop: insufficient engine temperature
Calculated engine load value (EngineLoad) 38.43
Engine coolant temperature (ECT) 89
Short term fuel % trim Bank 1 (STFT1) 0.0
Long term fuel % trim Bank 1 (LTFT1) 0.0
Short term fuel % trim Bank 2 (STFT2) 0.0
Long term fuel % trim Bank 2 (LTFT2) 0.0
Intake manifold absolute pressure (MAP) 56.0
Engine RPM (RPM) 2500
Vehicle speed (Speed) 106
P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Pending: P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Pending: P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
Pending: P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
Pending: P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

I also monitored the voltages from the oxygen sensors and one can clearly see misfires on bank2 as the voltage dropped rapidly when it misfires.
Why are these bank1 misfires showing up on the bank2 oxygen sensor???
Apparently a lot of engine wiring was redone recently, could they have swapped wires somewhere?

The sensor 2 voltage follows the sensor1 closely on both banks indicating that these cats are not doing much and they are both in the 0.7V range.

I also noticed that this system never runs the fuel system closed loop.
The engine temp sensor definitely works as I can read values over OBDII and they are shown in the error reports.

Something is causing a problem that stops this engine from running closed loop and causes the misfires.

Any advice?
I can attach oxygen sensor readings should someone we interested...
