power stearing

my power stearing recently produce some click...clack sound. it happen when the car at idling speed(600rpm...) and static position with D.

i also noticed some leakage problem at the pump.but i not so sure the actual place of leak. i have to top up power stearing fluid every week(it does`t cost me so much,but i don`t want to do this every week)

mine is 280se auto year 1983
