Magnaflow Catalytic Converter

I need help finding a CA legal catalytic converter for my 90 300E. On a budget, I figure the original cat is worth quite a bit in scrap. I have found some Magnaflow pieces, but they didn't have a spot for an O2 sensor? Obviously that won't work for me.

buy an O2 sensor bung and install the bung really near to the original spot and put in the CARB certified cat as is.

moving the O2 sensor a few inches forwards wont hurt.
