what is the procedure for removing the radator

Other than the usual hoses, the fan shroud / AC condenser needs some work.

The fan shroud had a round key that locks the fan shroud in place,squeeze the barbed tabs and pull out. Once removed, turn the ring in the direction or remove / unlock or whatever is on the marking says.

The main part of shroud is bolted to the back of rad, this can be lifted up to clear the lower tabs then pushed towards the engine, it can't be removed with rad in the car.

The AC condenser bolts the the rad at the top and I think clips in at the bottom. This was a bit of a puzzle trick when I did mine. You might have to unbolt a line support or two.

I don't recall if the front fans needed removed.

thanks for the info however this thing wont come out don't want to force anything seems stuck at the bottom:confused:

Did you unhook the AC condenser from the bottom of rad? It needs a lift pull wiggle operation.

The lower rad mounds are pins that drop into rubber rings
