Aux relay 300TE 4matic dont had 12 volt to actuate

Hallo guys the fan on my car don't won't to work,I think its a missed electric wire connection to the relay on pin 86 no 12 volt to close the relay switch.I need info about the relay electrical circuit thanks advance for help
