Engine Surging after startup

I got a P0101 code on my diagnostic test, replaced the MAF Sensor and the engine is still surging after startup...any help would be appreciated.

It would be helpful if those that post a trouble code, they also post a detailed description of that that code is.

And, what make, model year of car and detailed recent history of the car / problem.

I just broke out my copy of the MBCluster error code listings and it looks like
P0101 is 'Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/ Perfomance Problem'.

I wonder what model car it is too.

Hard to say with such limited information but the surge and the fault code are pointing to a throttle actuator issue IMHO.
