I think that my fuel relay might be bad. I just got my new Overvolt relay today, and put that in though.
Over the past few months, upon acceleration from a stop, my car, C280, will kind of lurch once or twice, like fuel is being cut off. That is the only thing I can think of, fuel not getting to engine. The fuel filter was recently replaced, as the Overvolt Relay. Maybe the problem could be cured now that I have the new OV Relay?
Is this a common symptom of a bad fuel relay? I did the search and know that it's a common problem, but couldn't determine if that is my problem. Maybe Overvolt relay will cure it. Hasn't done it since I changed it, though I only drove about 10 miles, and it usually happens about once a week.

Cool

I would buy a used one on ebay or pick one up at your local Pick and Pull.

If you have the problem again, switch the relays and see if problem re occurs.

At this writing, they are available used on ebay for around US$20.

I didn't want to assume he had resolved it.
