DTC's and other problems
 

Car is a 94 E320 sedan with 122K miles
I had to replace windshield in April, what a mess but another story
- CEL light came on 2 days ago, got codes 5 (EGR faulty) and 21 (purge valve circuit open/shorted)
- then realized HVAC totally non-functional
- checked #8 and #14 sockets with film can blinker but did not work at all,light did not even come after 4sec press
Current status
- rotated fuses and got HVAC to work but with very little cooling before problems good cooling
- LED on diagnostic socket does not work at all, no LED lit on press even
- terminal 3 does not work with film can blinker (FCB) new acronym
- FCB works on term 6 got 2(SRS module) and 4(pas airbag squib) but SRS light on instrument cluster is not lit (works at key on)
- term 8 got 49 (volts at ECM implaus/low)
- term 14 got 5 (stop lamp switch) ASR lit after consistent delay of about 90 seconds long term problem. After indicator lit no ASR but do have ABS. Have ASR before indicator lit.

????????????????? any thoughts

Is there a tag on wiring harness that would show production date? PO said it had been replaced. I had to move it around alot during blower and windshield replacement.
Startechinfo will not give me the actual wiring diagram pdf's from the index page
