Need Help Removing 500E Grille Insert
I'm having trouble removing the grey grille insert on my 92 500E. I have removed the upper bolts as well as the two upper clips however I believe the whole chrome surround needs to come off. I have also removed the smaller emblem.
I cant find the other bolts holding the chrome surround in place. My car has a rubber trim underneath the hood covering the area and there are black plastic clips holding this rubber trim in place. If these black clips need to be removed how do you do that? Can anyone help, I already tried a search with no luck. My goal is to replace the worn chrome trim on the grey insert. Help!!
