I can't understand why folks around here seem to grind on comments and take it personal and attack others. It is what it is, right?

unable to log in to gain the attention of that site's admin, they sought help via another MB site

colleagues who do not have access problems to that site can intervene and contact admin on their behalf.


example 2: folks have had difficulty accessing MBUSA's EPC. they post here. we give
them tips on JAVA compatibility. they use the tips and the problem is solved.

example 3: folks about to purchase a car. the post here asking for Carfax readout.
folks here jump in to help.

example 4: battery interruptus. radio code sought. they post here and help

Given the original poster could not contact anyone through the BW site and it was highly likely that someone on this site was on BW, it is reasonable for the OP to ask for assistance here.

So, just how should have our have intrepid OP proceeded when he was unable to get the contact button to work? Remember, post 14 states that other BW users were having the same problem.

I was contacted by the admin of the site and he gave me new password for my username and it don't work either.. I am baffled..

Have you been inadvertently banned?

It must be blocking week, I posted a few ads on craigslist, someone did the " I can buy this for xx, you are asking too much " and apparently tagged my acct. Now I get this when going to craigslist.org

They don't call it "Banzworld" for nothin', ya know.

People get banned there all the time for various reasons. Some make sense, some don't. Often "bannings" happen months after said "transgression" happened.

In my case, it was about 6 months after I deleted all of my posts there and defended myself, because a few idiots in their 126 forum started attacking me for posting knowledgeable, solid information and HOW-TOs.

I've re-registered several times with obvious accounts so folks have known it's me, and those accounts have gotten banned (again after some random lagging interval). Then there's my "official" account that is focused 100% on helping people with factual information from the factory -- the mods and members there don't have a flippin' clue it's me who's been helping them for the past 5-6 years, LOL !! They would be completely flabbergasted if they figured it out.

Ignorance is bliss.

My advice: just re-register under a new name & start over. Or give up on the place. It's full of bottom-feeding idiots and keyboard-warriors who love to fight with each other.

I doubt if I have been banned.. sure don't know of any issues I had.. Their admin sent me a new password to get in so I can change it to what I want but it doesn't work either.. I always enjoyed the forum when there was no fighting.. Guess I will just learn to get my info on this forum and one other.. Oh well I tried to get back on..

Had trouble Login at benz world also like the one member said web site update. Jake don't know you brother but I'm from WestChester,PA born and raised you was little out of line.

Just an fyi.. I haven't had any issues logging in to BW.

The reset password function now works and I was able to get in. Thanks for all those that gave me help with the issue..
