I'm BAAAAACK!! and a new car.
Boy been awhile since I posted here and a lot has transpired in the last year or so. I have moved to Golden Valley, Az
I just posted in the build or restoration topic below. Who would think you would find an 500SEC Cabriolet Widebody in Kingman, AZ, but there she sit at an old nondescript ex Chevron Station on Andy Devine, (Route 66). Saw her and realized she was an SEC Cabriolet. I wheeled around in the street and went back to photograph her. I jumped out of Rose and started taking pictures and realized that she was a Widebody. I got the owners number and kept an eye on her for him until we could get her secured. On May 10th the owner and I took the car to my friends house in Kingman. before the owner left we made a deal for me to buy her. Pictures to follow I can't get into photobucket tonight. Been a long jpourney and you can read all about her. |

Y3es a conversion. In not the best of shape, but no rust and total Widebody AMG bits and AMG suspension. With the totally 80's Miami Vice Gen I Koening wing used by other tuners than just Koening and the Gotti/Etoile 5 spoke wheels.
This car lived most of it's life in the San Fernando Valley near LA. I, DR-EUROCAR, and my friend Kevin who grew up in the valley remembers this car from the 90's anns late as 2001 when I would see it in traffic on the18, the 5 and the 14 route to and from work in Simi Valley. Some of you LA guys may remember this 04 Black/Light Brown (Java) with the crazy wing. BTW the partial shots of the Sedan are of my Blue. Teaser shots. http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/a...psd5ea5f26.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps85781b77.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps70139dd3.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/a...psfb3276a9.jpg |
