Please help; my c class merc battery light, and other warning lights flash up intermittently plus radio cuts out and right hand side electrics ie window and wing mirror won't work!!

would be nice to know what year.But I've heard of problems just like that.You may have to splice,and cut damaged sections of inside wiring.

It's 2006 kompressor estate. Just been out in it, electrics cut out totally but then come back on if you restart engine. I'll drive for another few minutes and it will cut out again. If I carry on driving the electrics will kick back on after a few mins. Going crazy!!!

Have a look at the main power distribution points. Start at the positive battery terminal and work from there.
