W210 Dashboard cracked
 

The dash is cracked in several places on my 99 E300. The car is less than 3 years old, but has 65,000 miles on it, which places it past the original factory warranty. I did buy the extended warranty from Mercedes up to 100,000 miles, but it doesn't cover trim items. The dealer has refused to offer any assistance with the repair. Does anyone have advice for dealing with MB corporate on getting this fixed?

Incidently, both rear window regulators broke within the last month. Problems of this kind on a 3 year old car are just ridiculous.

This IS a common problem on ALL W210 chassis.
WE have Replaced hundreds of them. Hard to get warranty above 55K miles.
