how to replace fuel inj. seals?

I want to replace the fuel injector holders, seals, and o-rings on my 1983 380 SEL. I have only had the car for 6 months and I don't think thay have EVER been changed. I have been told they normally crack after 6 or 7 years, and should be replaced. I also heard they are not that difficult to change. Can anyone tell me how? Thanks
