'05 C230k Torque Converter oil change

What started as just a filter change turned into a complete trans oil change- at least 90% of it anyway. I disconnected both oil cooler banjo fittings from the side of the trans and started blowing air through the lines, hoping to flush out the cooler lines. BUT, as I did, dirty oil also started flowing out of the trans itself. I blew in the passenger side/ upper line and drained almost 4 quarts out of the lower, drivers side hole. I ended up replacing 7 3/4 litres of fluid for the whole job. I don't know what the total capacity is on that trans but I bet I got a pretty good percentage of fluid replaced. I hope this helps someone else.
