1973 280C vs. 1983 380SEL

1973 280C vs. 1983 380SEL...How do I know which parts are interchangeable? Restoring the 280C and want to save as many parts from 380SEL before junking...so also, Parting out 1983 380SEL.

maybe the rear brake pads and spark plugs.

seriously, those 2 cars are so far apart in design and build, I can't imagine anything of importance to interchange-nothing. good luck, chuck.

Yeah nothing is interchangeable between the two, hell even the Mercedes stars aren't the same.

The rear trailing arm & brake assemblies from the 126 could be used in the 114, with a bit of work.

I know the window motors are the same.

they both have 14 inch wheels. window motors may be the same but only old 126 bodys but the newer ones are different
